A board of U.S. advisors meets periodically to review Eddy's work as
reported by him and to offer such advice as they believe might help. A bank
account in Vienna, VA receives gifts sent by American friends, and
Eddy writes checks in Haiti to put those gifts to work.
His advisors feel that Eddy accomplishes a great deal with our help, and we
see no waste or extravagance in his spending. Our thanks to each one who
